I am a computational biologist working as a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University (New Haven, CT, USA) under the supervision of Profs. Mark B Gerstein and Hemant D Tagare. My postdoctoral work focuses on integrating prior information into cryogenic Electron Microscopy (cryo-EM) image processing. Under the supervision of Profs. Mathieu Blanchette and Josée Dostie at McGill University (Montréal, QC, CAN), I obtained a PhD in Computer Science with a concentration in Bioinformatics (2019). My PhD dissertation focused on high resolution bioinformatics approaches, statistical modeling and machine learning in 3D regulatory genomics – in particular, data obtained from Chromosome Conformation Capture (3C) and Chromatin ImmunoPrecipitation (ChIP).

If you are interested in collaborating with me, please contact me as I am always happy to talk science over a beer.
