I am a computational biologist working as a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University (New Haven, CT, USA) under the supervision of Profs. Mark Gerstein, Hemant Tagare and Yong Xiong. My postdoctoral work focuses on integrating prior information into cryogenic Electron Microscopy (cryo-EM) image processing. Under the supervision of Profs. Mathieu Blanchette and Josée Dostie at McGill University (Montréal, QC, CAN), I obtained a PhD in Computer Science with a concentration in Bioinformatics (2019). My PhD dissertation focused on high resolution bioinformatics approaches, statistical modeling and machine learning in 3D regulatory genomics – in particular, data obtained from Chromosome Conformation Capture (3C) and Chromatin ImmunoPrecipitation (ChIP).
